12.15.07 secondline at St Bernard Housing Development

On a sunny afternoon in mid December 2007 a parade was held in recognition of the residents struggle to reopen the housing development. That day was intended to mark the beginning of a sleep out on the median in front of the development as a show of strength and solidarity and in clear unwavering support for the right of return for New Orleans Public Housing Residents.
